Group Classes


All group lesson are free of charge, because I simply believe in the value of Martial Arts and the positive effect it can have to our health, to the people, and ultimately to society.

A regular class consists of a quick warm-up to highten body awareness and calm the mind, a short meditation practice (either breathing or standing), followed by foundation work and the actual practice of the Taijiquan form.

No classes: 3.10./24.10./21.11./23.11./25.11./28.11./21.12./23.12.

Classes 55+


Especially the gentle movements make Taiji suited especially for the elderly. It helps to improve the leg muscles, bone density and balance in order to prevent common falls.

As Taiji focuses on internal energy, there is no need for acrobatics. Doing the form together in a group not only raises awareness of connection to the environment but also to the other participants, counteracting times of loneliness.
